Arkansas is a great place to live in if you want to raise your family in an environment that is rich in natural resources and with people with high moral standards. Every parent would love to have their children grown in this type of environment. Not only will their children get the benefits of living in a healthy atmosphere, they will also get a good moral upbringing since Arkansas is located in the section known in the United States as the Bible Belt.

If you live in the country do you have a pit in your yard that you burn things in? These pits used to be all over the place, but with all of the dry weather and new burning laws these days they have become few and far between. You used to burn everything that was used each day in the country, but now most of these items are not allowed to be burned. Some people that live out in the country still burn everything and on some days you can smell it when you drive by. Another reason why this happened is this smoke causes a lot of damages.

Crude oil prices have risen to a historic $100 per barrel (West Texas Intermediate [WTI]), the culmination of a $25 price increase over several months, to reach a record that once seemed untouchable. Until now, the world has never experienced a triple-digit oil price. The all-time inflation-adjusted high was in April 1980, when, CERA calculates, crude oil hit $99.04 per barrel in terms of 2007 US dollars. The broader significance of a $90-$100 price range is that it highlights in dramatic fashion how different the oil market environment-and indeed the world economy-is today compared to the past two decades.

Wind power is the most efficient type of renewable energy and can be a good option for heating and powering our homes. This process converts wind energy into electricity using turbines. Wind has been used for decades to power many things including ships. Windmills were used to pump water and operate mills. While many of us in the country are preparing our homes for the coming winter months that will be filled with rain, sleet, snow, and freezing weather, the poor souls who live in certain places in our western states are still dealing with wildfires that are threatening their homes and businesses. It is such a vast contrast from one side of our country to the other. It just goes to show how much difference there is in the climates we live in and the weird weather patterns we have experienced lately.

Yesterday I listened to the happiest mockingbird in creation. Perched on a limb in a spring time maple tree, he cast a spell on his audience below. We listened to song after song until he wearied of all the applause and left the stage. In a few moments he came back for a curtain call and once again was greeted with applause.
